Lakota Mitigation Bank

Lakota Mitigation Bank was approved in February 2010 and encompasses 50.27 acres in Culpeper County, VA. Lakota is located in the Rappahannock River Watershed and is approved to sell 5,399 stream mitigation credits. An additional phase is pending which will bring on another 3,761 stream mitigation credits by December 2015. Lakota is approved to provide compensatory stream credits in the Rappahannock River Watershed including HUC’s 02080103 and 02080104. Please contact Falling Springs with additional questions.
